Alumni Mentorship Program

Second-year members of RCFA will be matched with recent alumni working in the industry of their choosing. RCFA has a variety of alumni working at some of the top firms in industry and the club prides itself on the active involvement of its alumni who continue to help current members break into the industry.

bi-weekly training program

RCFA’s Professional Development team will lead a training program covering a wide range of topics from networking etiquette to accounting and valuation methods. The lessons will be geared towards first- and second-year students going through finance recruiting.

Led by experienced fourth-year students, the RCFA Professional Development team leads our training program throughout the year and facilitates other initiatives to help RCFA members and Rotman Commerce students develop and pursue their interest in finance.
