Mentees gain a broad introduction to finance, exploring sectors like investment banking, corporate banking, asset management, and private equity, along with technical training in modeling and valuation and access to exclusive alumni fireside chats. Associate Hiring

Associates at RCFA play a crucial role in advancing the club’s initiatives across Events, Corporate Relations, Professional Development, and marketing, all while receiving comprehensive training tailored for high finance careers. They benefit from hands-on experience, advanced technical training, exclusive access to internal resources, and expanded networking opportunities with industry leaders. Associate hiring occurs annually every April.
