The Rotman Commerce Finance Association (RCFA) is an undergraduate, student-run organization that prepares students for careers in the finance industry and equips them with the confidence to achieve their personal goals. Known for its ability to build lasting relationships with students, RCFA is a well-respected, invaluable window into the world of finance for undergraduate students in the Rotman Commerce program.

To cultivate a strong passion for finance within the Rotman Commerce community at the University of Toronto

RCFA is dedicated to connecting students with professionals in the finance industry by facilitating a number of events and initiatives throughout the academic year. These include access to panels, workshops, networking events with partnering firms, and firm visits.

We passionate students each year to join our team. Members receive access to a mentorship program and additional support throughout the recruiting process. Past and current RCFA members have worked in fields such as Investment Banking, Sales and Trading, Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Hedge Fund Investing.
