Buy-Side Night

Buy-Side Night is RCFA’s flagship buy-side event. Formerly one-half of the Rotman Commerce Finance Conference, our objective is to bridge the gap between industry professionals and student delegates aspiring to enter the buy-side of finance. Buy side includes Asset Management, Venture Capital, Private Equity, Hedge Fund, Corporate Development. This conference will also include the historical Stock Pitch Competition, providing an opportunity for students to bring forward their best investment ideas to present in front of a panel of industry professional from our sponsoring firms. Other opportunities for sponsoring firms to reach students include the keynote speech, roundtable rotations, panels, and cocktail reception. Through hosting this event, we hope to provide students with the opportunity to gain insightful perspectives of the various sectors within the buy-side of finance, as well as the chance to apply their investment knowledge in front of buy-side professionals.
